The villa is a large restored farmhouse with extensive terraces with uninterrupted views over a 10 x 5 metre pool & grounds planted with flowers, carob almond & olive trees.  Part of the terrace is under cover to offer shelter from the sun & there is a large dining table for outdoor meals.  There is discrete lighting through out the grounds so you can party on into the evening or enjoy a midnight swim.  Bring your i-pod for poolside music.  Sunbeds surround the pool for sun worshipers & a BBQ with additional dining area for alfresco meals and drinks is situated in the shade under trees overlooking the pool..

Lounge

A large leather corner sofa & comfy seating, coffee table, TV, built in stereo & i-pod docking station & log burning stove (for winter lettings). The sofa also combines as a sofa bed for 2 people. 

There is a second lounge housing an extensive seating area, dining table & door onto a further patio with outdoor seating.

Outside

The BBQ, with additional dining table, is situated under the olive trees and looks over the pool. A tiled pergola (good for all weathers) is conveniently situated by the kitchen and has a large dining table with ample seating and a clear view of the pool which is 0.8m in the shallow end graduated through to 2m in the deep end. A seated area in the shallow end is perfect for relaxing and cooling off from the heat of the sun.

Kitchen

There are 2 fully equipped kitchens: with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils & glasses. 

Plastic glasses are provided for use by the pool: please use these only near the pool to avoid broken glass in/around the pool. 

Utility Facilities

A washing machine for your use is housed outside in a separate store cupboard, full instructions are provided.
